MEDITERRANEA DE SERVICIOS 2018, S.L. processes the information provided by the interested parties in order to carry out personnel management; training; occupational risk prevention and health surveillance; preparation of payroll, social security and contributions; registration of working hours; accidents at work, where appropriate. If you do not provide your personal data, we will not be able to fulfil the functions described above.

How long will we keep your data?
As long as the employment relationship with the entity is maintained and for as many years as necessary to comply with legal obligations.

Execution of a contract: Personnel management, training and capacity building (RGPD art.6.1.b).
Compliance with a legal obligation: Occupational risk prevention and health surveillance; preparation of payroll, social security and contributions; recording of working hours; management of occupational accidents, if applicable. To which recipients will your data be communicated?.
Data shall be communicated to the following recipients:
Tax Administration, Social Security and Mutual Insurance, in order to file taxes and social security obligations (legal requirement).
Banks and financial institutions, in order to make payroll payments (contractual requirement).
Fundación estatal para la formación en el empleo (Fundae), for the purpose of managing the employee training subsidy (contractual requirement).
Data transfers to third countries
